MR. FLAVIN (Kerry, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can say when the decisions in the appeals to be heard before the Chief Land Commission at their last sitting in Killarney will be given.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Land Commission inform; me that the last sitting of the Appeal Court in Killarney was held on 30th June, and the cases are still in the hands of the assessors, whose Reports have not yet come in. It is not at present possible to say when the decisions will be given.
