HC Deb 29 July 1908 vol 193 cc1467-8
MR. HORNIMAN (Chelsea)

To ask the First Commissioner of Works whether in case of the sale of the site of the Duke of York's School, Chelsea, means will be taken to reserve at least some portion thereof as an open space and to retain as many of the large trees as may be possible in the thoroughfares that will be laid out; and whether any plan or scheme has yet been prepared.

(Answered by Mr. Harcourt.) No plan or scheme has yet been prepared, and I am not able to make any further statement.
