§ MR. SHEEHAN (Cork County, Mid.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the claim of John D. M'Auliffe, evicted tenant on the estate of Mr. Devyanes Smith at Blarney, for reinstatement; and, if so, what action it is proposed to take in the matter.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have fully considered the application of John D. M'Auliffe, and have decided to take no action upon it.
