§ MR. CARR-GOMM (Southwark, Rotherhithe)To ask the Postmaster-General whether any attempt was made by the Post Office to utilise the London County Council Steamboat Service for the purpose of the conveyance of mails, in accordance with Clause 36 of the Thames River Steamboat Service Act, 1904.
