§ MR. WEIRTo ask the Secretary for Scotland, in view of the statement contained on page 9 of the last Report of the Congested Districts Board, will he state on what ground settlers in Syre have expressed their desire to become tenants instead of purchasers.
(Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) The grounds are financial; but, under the circumstances at Syre, I think the settlers are mistaken in their view.
