HC Deb 28 July 1908 vol 193 c1197
SIR W. J. COLLINS (St. Pancras, W.)

To ask the First Commissioner of Works whether his attention has been called to the defective condition of the paling separating a portion of the Regent's Park from the towing-path of the Regent's Canal, permitting an easy access of children from the park on to the towing-path; and whether, in view of the danger incurred by children thus trespassing on the tow-path, he will direct that the paling in question be kept in proper repair.

(Answered by Mr. Harcourt.) The Regent's Canal Company is responsible for the repair of this fence, and this complaint as to its condition will be brought to the notice of the company.
