HC Deb 28 July 1908 vol 193 c1184
MR. GRETTON (Rutland)

To ask the hon. Member for South Somerset, as representing the President of the Board of Agriculture, to whom the inspection and approval of stallions and mares in connection with the horse-breeding scheme is to be entrusted; and if any stops have yet been taken to organise the proposal.

(Answered by Sir Edward Strachey.) The proposals put forward have not been approved, and it would be therefore premature for me to enter into the details of the scheme.
