HC Deb 27 July 1908 vol 193 cc821-2
MR. MUNRO FERGUSON (Leith Burghs)

To ask the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, in view of the naval preparations on the other side of the North Sea, he will consider the need for expediting the contract for the works at Rosyth, so that these may be completed in the year 1912.

(Answered by Mr. McKenna.) The contract time for the completion of the works at Rosyth having been determined recently after careful consideration, I am not aware of any such change in the circumstances as would justify me in reopening the question.
