HC Deb 24 July 1908 vol 193 cc506-7
MR. GLENDINNING

To ask the Vice-President of the Department of Agriculture (Ireland) if he is aware of the condition of the fishermen's pier, Rathlin Island, and of the necessity that something should be done to help them; and if he proposes to contribute to the repair of their pier to enable them to get out and in with convenience and safety, thus helping these poor people to earn a living, which is practically impossible under present conditions.

(Answered by Mr. T. W. Russell.) I would refer the hon. Member to my Answer to the Question on this subject which was put by the hon. Member for West Belfast on the 16th instant.
