BOLAND (Kerry, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state when the tenants on the Winn estate, Glenbeigh, County Kerry, will be entitled to pay interest on the purchase money, seeing that it is nearly three years since the estate was purchased by the Congested Districts Board.
