HC Deb 23 July 1908 vol 193 cc300-1
MR. MONTAGU (Cambridgeshire, Chesterton)

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the fact that public attention has recently been directed towards the Regulations in prisons as to the supply of books and other matters, he will make investigations by Departmental Committee, or otherwise, with a view to improving these Regulations.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Gladstone). The Regulations are receiving my attention.
