ROBERTSONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Egyptian Government has knowledge of a proposal by Sir Ernest Cassel to establish a new mortgage bank in Egypt, and whether he will state for the information of the House the conditions under which such banks can be established.
