BEAUMONT (Sussex, Eastbourne)I beg to ask the President of 344 the Local Government Board if he will state what boroughs showing an estimated population of over 50,000 have, since the passing of the Local Government Act, 1888, been refused by the Local Government Board their applications to be created county boroughs.
