My attention has been called to the judgment given by Judge Parry in the Manchester County Court, on 16th July in an action brought against the Provincial Homes Investment Company, Limited. The question of these house-purchase companies is at the present time engaging my attention, but the matter requires further consideration before I can tell my hon. friend what action I propose to take with regard to them.
