SOARES (Devonshire, Barnstaple)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether the recent order with regard to quartermaster-sergeants who have joined the Territorial Army has yet been reconsidered; and whether those men are to be allowed to retain the rank they formerly enjoyed in the Volunteers.
