§ SIR PHILIP MAGNUS (London University)I beg to ask the Chief 106 Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he proposes to issue to Members of the House prior to the discussion on Report stage of the Irish Universities Bill, as amended in Committee, revised copies of the draft Charters of the Universities and Constituent Colleges embodying the changes consequent on the Committee's Amendments to the Bill.
