SMEATON (Stirlingshire)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Treasury whether the Treasury has had under consideration the question of the pensions of ex-naval and ex-military Civil servants; and whether, in view of the recommendations of Sir Edward Ward's Committee, the Treasury is prepared to reckon the ex-naval and ex-military service of these civil servants towards pension.
