To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in the distribution of the grant to National teachers in Ireland, he will make provision for increases to the workhouse teachers in Irish unions, as such teachers are under the National Board rules and their salaries are paid by Government grants, and it is well known that in many cases there never has been any improvement in their positions in the way of salaries.
