§ THE TREASURER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Sir EDWARD STRACHEY,) Somersetshire, S.The Report is in a forward state of preparation, and I hope it may be found possible to issue it at the end of the month. Its preparation has involved greater labour than was originally anticipated.
