§ MR. SHACKLETON (Lancashire, Clitheroe)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for India whether he has received the Report of the Commission appointed by the Government of India to inquire into the hours of labour and other conditions of factory life in India; and, if so, when will it be published and will it contain the Minority Report.
(Answered by Mr. Buchanan.) The Secretary of State has received the Report. He proposes to present it as soon as ever the necessary supply of copies is received from India. The minutes of dissent will be included.
