§ CAPTAIN CRAIG (Down. E.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is the intention of the Government to proceed with any legislation dealing with the Report on congestion in Ireland; and, if so, will it be prior to or after the Autumn Recess.
