HC Deb 09 July 1908 vol 192 c61
MAJOR ANSTRUTHER - GRAY

I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will take steps to obtain timely information from the Cape Colony authorities of ships intending to visit Tristan D'Acunha, so that mails may be made up from England and thus avoid the disappointment that occurred lately when the ship sailed from the Cape before the arrival of the mail from England.

COLONEL SEELY

The attention of the Governor of the Cape will be called to this request in order that if possible it may be complied with.
