§ MR. REESI beg to ask the Prime Minister whether the Bill dealing with electoral reform, to be introduced during the present Parliament, will include due provision for a second ballot; or whether the Government will give special facilities to private Bills dealing with this subject.
§ MR. ASQUITHI am not in a position to indicate the provision of the Bill to which my hon friend refers; but he may be assured that the Government 1680 will, so far as is practicable, take full account of the flaws and anomalies of our electoral system with a view to their rectification.
