MEEHANTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have received an application from Peter Kelly, of Mullaghgarriff, Dromahair, an evicted tenant on the West estate, County Leitrim, for reinstatement; and whether the Commission will make inquiries into his claim with a view of having him reinstated.
