§ CAPTAIN KINCAID-SMITH (Warwickshire, Stratford-on-Avon)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state the numerical strength of the Yeomanry, Volunteer Artillery, and Volunteer Infantry, respectively, on 1st, January, 1907, and 1st January 1455 1908, and the numerical strength of the Territorial Cavalry, Territorial Artillery and Territorial Infantry on 1st July, 1908, stating in each case what is the number of recruits who have joined since 1st January, 1908; and what is the number of Volunteers who have transferred to the Territorial Force.
