§ MR. SHEEHAN (Cork County, Mid.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the claim of John D. M'Auliffe, an evicted tenant on the estate of Mr. Devyanes Smyth, Ballygibbon, Blarney; and, if so, whether it has been placed on the approved list of those who are to be provided with holdings under the Act of 1903.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Answer to the first part of the Question is in the affirmative, and to the second part in the negative. The Commissioners have decided to take no action upon the application.
