Order read for resuming adjourned debate on Amendment [26th June] proposed on consideration of the Bill, as amended (by the Standing Committee).

Which Amendment was— In page 2, line 9, at the end, to insert the words, '(1) The Lord-Lieutenant in Council may make rules for adapting to the provisions of this Act the enactments relating to the registration of electors in Ireland, and the precepts and forms contained in or used under those enactments.'"—(Mr. Cherry.)

Question again proposed, "That those words be there inserted in the Bill."

Question put, and agreed to.
