To ask Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he will agree to a Return showing the complete accounts of the capital expenditure on the Uganda Railway, the charge involved upon the Exchequer by that capital expenditure, the gross and net earnings of the line for each year since it was opened, together with an Estimate of the further capital, if any, required to equip it for traffic.
