HC Deb 02 July 1908 vol 191 c957
MR. LYNCH

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will arrange that the Papers embodying the agreement arrived at with Russia over the Macedonian question shall be presented to Parliament before the Foreign Office Vote is taken.

SIR EDWARD GREY

I can give no definite undertaking; it depends upon the progress of negotiations with other Powers.

MR. LYNCH

asked when Papers would be laid?

SIR EDWARD GREY

As soon as we come to an agreement with the other Powers. Then we shall lay Papers on the points on which we are agreed. I can make no promise beyond that.
