§ MR. CARLILE (Hertfordshire, St. Albans)On behalf of the hon. Baronet the Member for the City of London, I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade if he will print and circulate with the Parliamentary Papers a Memorandum 763 showing the alterations in the existing Law which it is proposed to effect in the Companies (Consolidation) Bill.
§ MR. CHURCHILLNo alteration or amendment of the existing law is contemplated by the Bill to consolidate the Companies Acts. The Bill, as the hon. Baronet is aware, has been referred to a Joint Committee of both Houses, who will examine the details of the Bill, and I hope eventually to report that it accurately represents the existing law.
