§ Copies presented, of Orders in Council, dated 2nd November, 1907:—(1) relating to seamen's lodging houses in the district of the county borough of Swansea; (2) confirming bye-laws made by the Trinity House of Kingston-upon-Hull, fixing the rates of pilotage between Hull and Goole; (3) applying Section 238 of the Act to seamen who desert from Roumanian merchant ships; (4) revoking Orders in Council of 3rd February, 1863, and 7th January, 1864, made under The Passengers Act, 1855, respecting the carriage of emigrants on board ship [by Act]; to lie upon the Table.
