§ MR. BENNETT (Oxfordshire, Woodstock)To ask the Secretary of State for War if he can state when that part of the scheme for the improvement in the conditions of the service of the surveyors on the staff for engineer services, dealing with the removal expenses and the title and uniform of the new establishment, which has now been under consideration for some considerable time, will be published and promulgated amongst those concerned.
