HC Deb 27 February 1908 vol 185 cc37-8
SIR H. COTTON (Nottingham, E.)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India whether he is now in a position to give any indication of the character or tendency of the Bill for the Amendment of the Whipping Act in India which is under consideration.

MR. MORLEY

Until the Bill has been introduced, which will be very shortly, I am unable to make any statement.
