§ MR. A. G. C. HARVEY (Rochdale)To ask the President of the Board of Education, if he will state the amounts of the payments which will be made in respect of loan charges, principal and interest, for elementary education by education authorities in England and Wales for each year from 1908 to 1917, inclusive, having regard to such loans as are already contracted.
