§ MR. BRIDGEMANI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether any preliminary information has been given by the Board of Education to any local authorities as to the amount of building grants they may expect to get after the Board has decided that the proposed schools are necessary.
§ THE PRESIDENT OF THE BOARD OF EDUCATION (Mr. MCKENNA, Monmouthshire, N.)Preliminary information has, in some cases, been given as to the amount of grant which might be payable if the school was decided by the 1577 Board to be necessary and if the regulations were found to be complied with.
