§ MR. A. J. BALFOUR (City of London)May I ask the Attorney-General a Question which perhaps he will be able to answer without notice? He may remember that in speaking the other day, he quoted from some Irish Report, and in accordance with practice I asked whether he would lay the Report from which he quoted in its entirety, on the Table of the House. He assured me he would do so, as indeed he is obliged by the practice of the House. I am not aware if it has yet been laid, and I shall be glad to know how soon it will be in our hands.
§ MR. CHERRYI should like to have notice of that Question.
§ MR. A. J. BALFOURVery well; I have no desire to embarrass the right hon. Gentleman.
