§ * MR. BOLAND (Kerry, S.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade can he state whether rules of court have been made for settling the procedure under Sections 12 (4), 14(6), and 35 (1) of The Trade Marks Act, 1905; and, if not, what is the reason of the delay.
§ MR. LLOYD-GEORGESo far as I am aware no rules of court have been made under the sections in question. It has been considered that no such rules have been required having regard to Rule 121 of the Trade Mark Rules, 1906, and to the established practice prevailing at the passing of the Act with respect to applications to the court for the rectification of the Register of Trade Marks.
