WILSON (Lancashire, Westhoughton)To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, whether he can state how many of those who were appointed county magistrates for the County of Lancaster during the years 1906 and 1907 were borough magistrates 1548 at the time they were appointed county magistrates.
(Answered by Sir Henry Fowler.) Of the county magistrates appointed in 1906 and 1907 I find that seventeen were borough magistrates at the time of their appointment.
