§ Mr. JOHN ROCHE (Galway, E.)To-ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, whether the sale-of the Butson estate, county Galway, has been completed; and, if not, can he say when it may be.
(Answered by Mr. Cherry.) The Butson estate, county Galway, is for sale in the Land Judge's Court. The question of purchasing it under Section 7 of the Act of 1903 has been under the consideration of the Estates Commissioners, who hope-to make an offer to the Land Judge for the whole estate at an early date.
