O'SHEETo ask the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that Michael Flannagan, a native of Cappoquin, county Waterford, served in the 17th Lancers from 1873 to 1891, and attained the rank of colour-sergeant; will he say whether he passed an examination qualifying him for a commission in the Army; under what circumstances did he leave the Army; and what was the name of the colonel of the 17th Lancers at the time Michael Flannagan left the regiment.
