§ MR. GLADSTONEsaid that he was in the hands of the House. He had suggested introducing the Bill not under the ten minutes rule, because the Bill was before the House last year, and no alteration in its provisions had been made. But if it were desired that he should make a statement, he would do so.
§ SIR GILBERT PARKER (Gravesend)asked whether it was proposed to submit a closure resolution in respect to the Bill?
