§ THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE TREASURY (Mr. RUNCIMAN, Dewsbury; for Sir EDWARD GREY)The first section of the Baghdad Railway, from Konia to Boulgurlu, a little beyond Eregli, was opened to traffic in October, 1904. From recent information it appears that no progress has been or is yet being made with the construction of the next section.
