§ SIR HENRY COTTONI beg to ask he Under-Secretary of State for the Monies, whether His Majesty's Government will take into consideration the advisablity of establishing the Swazi chief and council as an advisory council for native administration and legislation in Swaziland on similar lines to the advisory committee which has been organised in Basutoland.
§ MR. CHURCHILLThis question was raised by the Swazi chiefs when they were recently in England, and the Secretary of State is in communication with the High Commissioner on the subject.
