MR. HAZLETON (Galway, N.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland when the M'Donnell estate at Cappadarock, Lavally, county Galway, sold over three years ago to the Estates Commissioners, will be divided up amongst the tenants; and whether it is proposed to give any of the grass lands to Mrs. Burke, who already holds 70 acres on the estate.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have not yet purchased the property in question. They have had it inspected with a view to purchase, and the inspector's report is at present under their consideration. The manner in which the lands, if acquired, will be resold has not yet been considered
