HC Deb 13 February 1908 vol 184 c177
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he will order a daily delivery of letters in the townlands of Askakeagh, Carnog, and other townlands in the rural district of Shillelagh, county Wicklow, instead of the present tri-weekly delivery, which causes considerable inconvenience to the inhabitants.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) I regret to find that, as the cost of the existing postal service three times a week to the townlands in question is as much as the correspondence justifies, I am unable to comply with the hon. Member's wishes.
