HC Deb 10 February 1908 vol 183 c1395
MR. VINCENT KENNEDY

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he will say whether the Estates Commissioner have investigated the claim of one James Green, son of Bernard Green, deceased, who was evicted from his holding at Killywilly, county Cavan, held under Mrs. Roe; is this holding in the possession of John T. Montgomery; if so, when did he get possession, and did he pay a fine; and will he say whether there is any prospect of James Green being restored to his father's holding.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners are unable to trace the receipt of any application for reinstatement on behalf of either James or Bernard Green.
