SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)I beg to ask the Postmaster General if he is aware that a Post Office regulation has recently been made charging three pence on every postage parcel which the postman on his beat in the district of Drumcollogher, in the county of Limerick, failed to deliver owing to the absence of addressee; if he can say whether this regulation is a general one or confined merely to this district; and whether, owing to its unfairness, he will take steps to have it removed.
