BRIDGEMANI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education, whether those who petitioned for a grant out of the fund provided in the Appropriation Act, 1907, for a new school at Penycae, in Denbighshire, were informed that no charge would be made upon the rates; and, if so, whether that information was given with the knowledge of the local education authority or of the Board of Education.
