I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he could state the number of applications received under the Labourers Act, and the number sanctioned by the Local Government Board, in the various counties in Ulster up to the end of December last; and the number of applications received, and the numbers approved of, for the provinces of Munster. Leinster, and Connaught, for the same term.
