§ MR. CHURCHILLThe Transvaal Government has inquired of the Secretary of State whether the French Government would be prepared to sanction the recruitment of native labour in Madagascar, and in reply the Transvaal Government is being invited to give particulars as to the proposed terms of recruitment.
